This is to clarify that I did not post this to this sight, it was indirectly posted by a third party whom I sent it to to when I was angry at Lisa. Please post all updates on here to alert everyone, GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS AND RIP OFF REPORT. PLEASE CONTACT THE POLICE IF YOU SEE THIS GUY, I doubt any attorneys are left in the area that will represent him after scamming them too. Latest scam involves a bar on the corner of Murfressboro rd. My company was scammed out of $40,000 for investing in a "racing team" that did not exist, we are still seeking restitution along with several others totaling over $350,000, he skips around evading everyone who is looking for him. He is on the run from dozens of people that he owes hundreds of thousands of dollars. He preys on people that "believes" his line of crap. He will stay there till the area "gets hot" then disappear leaving lots of people empty handed. He will associate himself with "known" good guys in the community and then start hitting them up for investment money, place to live, vehicles, anything that he can sell and pocket the money. Scams are all the same, talk his way into your building, business, etc., with promises of big money, lots of fame, fortune for those helping him. As long as only the truth is told, you can not, and will not be sued. This is a well known ploy to quiet those who are wise to his game. Being talked into various acts, usually sending out letters threatening to sue if the individual does not quit talking about and warning people of Leffingwells scams. This guy has run scams everywhere and several government authorities are looking for him to prosecute him for fraud of a Federal government employee.Īlso, several Nashville and Brentwood attorneys have crossed paths with this guy and been screwed also.
